The Coconut House: is 1,200 square feet offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a queen memory foam pull-out couch in the living room. The Coconut House has a full chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet space and a dishwasher. The Coconut House also offers a sprawling 1,000 square foot front deck with lounge chairs and an outdoor table and chairs for 6 people for outdoor dining. We also have a cornhole (bags) set for playing on the deck. There is also a private outdoor shower. Maximum 6 people.

The Ocean Front Bungalow: is located closest to the Caribbean Sea in front of the Ocean View Bungalow. The Ocean Front Bungalow is a 500 square foot Studio with a 500 square foot private roof deck and a 200 square foot front balcony with unobstructed ocean views just 70 feet from the Caribbean Sea. There is also an outdoor rinse/foot bath. The interior features a king size bed, custom high end wood furniture, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is an island and stools for convenient in unit dining and an outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a small couch and large HD TV. Maximum 2 people.

The Ocean View Bungalow: is located close to the Caribbean Sea in front of the Coconut House. The Ocean View Bungalow is a 500 square foot Studio with a 500 square foot private roof deck and a 200 square foot front balcony with unobstructed ocean views just 100 feet from the Caribbean Sea. There is also an outdoor rinse/foot bath. The interior features a king size bed, custom high end wood furniture, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is an island and stools for convenient in unit dining and an outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a small couch and large HD TV. Maximum 2 people.

All units offer: over 100 channels (Including premium channels an the HD TV), Amazon Fire stick to access all TV apps you utilize (HBO Go, Netflix, Amazon, Showtime now, youtube, and etc).

Amenities: Kitchen, Wireless Internet, TV, Essentials (soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer), Air Conditioning, Hangers, Iron, Private Entrance, Bathtub (house only), Smoke Alarm, Fire Extinguisher.

House Rules: Smoking is not permitted, No pets, Check in time 3-9pm, Check out time by 11am.

Shared Space: The Coconut Beach House property is shared with 2 other units (Oceanfront and Oceanview Bungalows).

Guest Interaction: Free local airport shuttle to Coconut Beach is available upon arrangement. Our Property Manager, Tricia, will meet you upon arrival and show you the house and assist with any requests.

Other things to note: There are lounge chairs located on the beach to use and plenty of beach towels.

Cleaning schedule:

• Guests staying 1 week, you will receive a “Tidy” cleaning on day 3 which includes a fresh towels swap, sweeping, bed make up and light kitchen clean.
• Guests staying longer than 1 week, you will receive a weekly cleaning which includes a fresh towels swap, sweeping, fresh bed linens, a full kitchen cleaning at no additional cost.
