The Coconut House: A 1,200 square foot retreat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a queen memory foam pull-out couch in the living room. Features include a full chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and a dishwasher. Relax on the 1,000 square foot front deck with lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table for 6, and a cornhole set. Includes a private outdoor shower. Maximum occupancy: 6 people.

The Ocean Front Bungalow: Positioned closest to the Caribbean Sea, this 500 square foot studio offers a private roof deck (500 sq ft) and a front balcony (200 sq ft) with unobstructed ocean views just 70 feet from the shoreline. Amenities include an outdoor rinse/foot bath, a king size bed, custom high-end wood furniture, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, island dining, and outdoor seating. Enjoy a small couch and large HD TV. Maximum occupancy: 2 people.

The Ocean View Bungalow: Located near the Caribbean Sea, this 500 square foot studio includes a private roof deck (500 sq ft) and a front balcony (200 sq ft) with ocean views just 100 feet from the beach. Features include an outdoor rinse/foot bath, a king size bed, custom high-end wood furniture, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, island dining, and outdoor seating. Relax with a small couch and large HD TV. Maximum occupancy: 2 people.

House Rules: No smoking, no pets. Check-in: 3pm-9pm, Check-out: by 11am.

Cleaning Schedule: Guests staying 1 week or longer receive a "tidy:" fresh towel exchange, sweep, bed made, and light kitchen cleaning.
